Afro-Fusion cuisine - healthy, delicious, creative
Cuisine from African countries is one of the last, big surprises for our cosmopolitan palate – it is full of culinary discoveries of unfamiliar spices, ingredients and preparation methods. Even the names of typical African specialties arouse our curiosity, because such rich-sounding dishes as chakalaka, apapafubu and kelewela can only taste as heavenly as they sound.
Our Afro-Fusion cooking course in Berlin with a focus on Eritrea and fusion cuisine is aimed at cooking enthusiasts with a spirit of discovery and curious gourmets who want to discover a foreign cuisine beyond familiar tastes and do not want to do without regional ingredients. Taste unfamiliar spice mixtures and uniquely delicious dishes from African countries, lovingly selected by course instructor Magda and optimized for ideal nutrition.

Magda’s mission as a trained ecotrophologist is to convey knowledge about proper and healthy nutrition to men and women in a playful, charming, and, above all, entertaining way. She focuses on entertaining topics such as “Cook and mingling for singles” and, of course, her specialty, Eritrean cuisine.
