I am Magda Tedla nutritionist and founder of Magda’s Food Programme. I have been conducting nutrition education and cooking classes for different audiences for 5 years. During the workshop: Nutrition 4 Dancers my focus is to address our needs specifically as dancers. Whether it’s at a festival, during your dance training, or in everyday life, we have specific needs that we need to address.
I share with you my top 5 must-have products and remedies for a dancer.
In this workshop, geared towards dancers, we will focus on the dos and don’ts of the following.
- what can I drink except of water?
- specifics before and after training (muscle recovery, energy boost)
- best types of nutrition (based on a training day)
- are supplements important and necessary?
- alcohol and cigarettes consumption effect on training? Myths
It will be 3 hours of input, delicious and creative snacks.
Especially these days, everyone wants to prevent COVID 19 and try to stay as healthy as possible. You can’t cure your body from COVID 19 with the right nutrition, but you can prevent a lot, for example during intense training and work-out phases.

1 hour workshop practical part (we create a snack together)
