I am a passionate cook. At a very early age I was able to learn my love of cooking, healthy eating and fresh ingredients. By helping my mother cook elaborate family meals and selecting fresh ingredients from different countries, I learned intuitive cooking. These impactful experiences inspired me to study ecotrophology, so that
I could found Magda’s Food Programme and Magda’s Nature’s Treasures in order to share my love of cooking and sustainable living with children, young people and adults. I also run an online shop making natural treasures (nutritional bombs)
available for the German market.
