Have you always wanted to prepare dishes from African countries in an authentic way? And do something for your health at the same time? Talk to interesting people and get to know your favourite dishes?

If you want to learn about customs and cultural aspects as well as the nutritional and physiological importance of the ingredients used, then you’ve come to the right place.

The following is included in the price:

cooking of specialties like Injera, Jollof Rice, Sambosa, Ntoji, Maafe, Plantains, and Molokija together
vegan and veggie treats
meat dishes
food-based knowledge
incl. food and rental apron and take-away recipes so that you can always cook after the meal
